The DBF Method is a goal-setting and accountability framework that divides the traditional calendar year into three DBF Years, each lasting four months. Here’s how it works:
Three DBF Years in One Calendar Year
Instead of setting goals once per year, the DBF system encourages you to set, track, and accomplish meaningful goals every four months, treating each DBF Year as a focused period for rapid progress.
Quarterly Reset & Planning
At the beginning of each DBF Year, members meet to set clear goals and create actionable plans, tying these goals to specific metrics that allow measurable progress. This includes virtual planning sessions for aligning on goals, followed by in-person meetups where members can dive deep and refine their strategies.
